At Mint Condition Fitness, we’re on a mission to inspire and empower people to live their lives without limits. Every day people are overmedicated, put under the knife, and told what they “can’t” do anymore because of their age.

“That’s just what happens when you get old,” is something that we hear way too often...and we want to prove that qualify of life and health does not have to suffer as you age.

You CAN run, jump, play, and love life after 50. But you need someone there to show you how to overcome the mental and physical limitations that are put on you...and that is why Mint Condition Fitness exists.

As a Fitness Coach, you will play a critical role in helping us to ensure that all of our members are provided the best training experience possible, leading to the results and health they deserve.

You will be the confidant, leader, guide, and accountability partner that our clients need, and you will be the one to empower them to take control of their lives and reach their goals.

To do this, you will need to be proficient in your craft and have the attention to detail and follow up necessary to be the support your clients need. You must take personal responsibility for your clients' results and will be assessed on your ability to show consistent, measurable progress.

You can expect to be challenged to learn and grow in all aspects of coaching and communication to help improve the value you bring to your sessions and your clients.

This would start as a part-time position, but we are looking for someone who would want to eventually move into a full-time position. You would be responsible for small group training mostly, but need to also be ready and willing to take on larger groups and 1-on-1 clients as they come in. You would start at 10-15 hours per week, moving up to 25-35 over time.

We are looking for someone who wants to create a positive impact in the lives of others, has a long-term mindset when it comes to their own health and fitness and that of their clients, wants to be part of a team, and wants to develop themselves both personally and professionally.

Who We Are

A Fitness Coach at MCF is more than a rep counter and cheerleader. Our coaches are on the front line in the battle against a failing health and wellness system.

This is why we are looking for a COACH, not a trainer.

A coach explains WHY to do something, a trainer tells someone WHAT to do. A coach goes and learns more when they do not have an answer, a trainer thinks that it is someone else’s job to solve the problem. A coach acts and dresses professionally because they respect themselves and their clients, a trainer does what they want because it’s all about them. A coach takes responsibility for getting their clients results, a trainer puts the responsibility on the client. A coach provides a LIFE changing experience, a trainer provides a one hour workout.

As you can see, a coach is someone who cares deeply and is driven to create change in the lives of others. This is the type of person who will make the cut.
