Balance is such a fundamental part of fitness, yet most of us do not even know if we have good balance or not. Balance is one of those things that you don’t necessarily use all the time, but when you DO need it, you better hope it is still good.


What we have found is that most people who come in and work with us are surprised by their lack of balance when tested. If you have not checked in a while, you may find that your balance is not that great either.


That is why, in today’s video, I will first be showing you how to test your balance, and then 3 simple steps you can take to improve it.
