The problem is that organic can be pricey! So even if you are trying to be conscious of how much you spend on groceries every week, I would highly recommend you at least go organic for these 10 items:

  7. Grapes

  8. Tomatoes

  9. Bell Peppers

  10. Potatoes

 

Why these ten? Because non-organic varieties almost always have pesticide on them, sometimes as many as 20 different varieties. And while washing your food before you eat it is never a bad idea, when you dump that much of a chemical on a plant, it gets a little sticky.
