Personal Training Los Gatos Exercise Program

 

One of the most fundamental movements that ALL people should be able to do is squat. This doesn’t mean that you have to have 200 pounds on your back, but you do need to be able to do one, solid body weight squat...otherwise you will most likely find yourself injured due to poor movement and compensations.

 

In this week’s video, I will explain what we look for in a squat and a few things you can do to improve your squat if needed.
