Time is short, demands are high, and you need to be on point to get it all done.

What you may not realize is that your POSTURE is probably holding you back from your true potential.

Whenever you find yourself in a forward head posture (see below) you restrict two things from getting to the brain:

1) Blood flow

2) Oxygen


Over time, this not only leads to mental sluggishness, but can also increase your risk for sleep disorders and anxiety.

To get back into a better position, you cannot just think about sitting up straight all the time, you need to also work to realign your body through exercise.
