Starting out in the fitness industry is tough. Even if you went to school for something in the field (and especially if you didn’t) being a personal trainer is a whole different beast.


And to make matters worse, most fitness businesses are not going to take a chance on an inexperienced coach.


The truth is, everyone in your position is feeling this way. There is simply no great way for new coaches to get started. What you need is a better way.


That’s why we at Mint Condition Fitness have taken everything we have learned from successfully hiring, training, and supporting our team of world class fitness professionals over the last 8 years to create a 120 hour, step-by-step internship program that gives you hands-on experience and teaches you how to be successful as a fitness coach.

Who We Are

Mint Condition Fitness was founded by Colin Triplett in July, 2009, with the mission of empowering successful men and women to become the best versions of themselves.

You see, when Colin was young, someone very close to him passed away...someone who was a dear friend and mentor.

In his mentor's last few years, he had been on over 20 medications and had multiple surgeries, each one leaving him worse off than when he went in. It was after watching this unfold that Colin realized how terrible this must have been and that there had to be a better way.

From that point on, Colin dedicated his life to helping others build and maintain the health, fitness, and vitality needed to avoid what his mentor when through and maximize the life they get from their years.

There is ALWAYS something that can do done to improve our life situation, and we want to help people discover and realize what it means to be their "best self."

Now, after 10 years of service, Mint Condition Fitness has become the #1 rated personal training studio in Los Gatos (Google & Nextdoor) because of our high level of compassion for our members, our dedication to excellence in everything we do, and our focus on building a community of like-minded people that support each other every step of the way.
