But you’ve been working really hard lately. You’re committed to your new regimen, and you don’t want to spend the next few months losing those extra 5-10lbs people put on during vacation.

 

You don’t want to undo all your good work -- you want to keep making progress, and we want that for you, too!

 

That’s why we’ve compiled our top five “Eat This Not That”food swaps, along with some great tips to help you stay on track, so you can have all your holiday fun without undermining your long-term goals. Top Tips!

 

  • Always start meals with a salad and ask for your dressing on the side. There can be plenty of hidden calories in dressing! Opt for balsamic vinegar or a wedge of lemon.
  • For every “indulgent” meal, balance it out with 2 “good meals”.

  • If you’re having a dessert, have a healthy main course!

  • For every cheat meal, give us 10 burpees!

  • Try not to drink your calories! A single beer can run 250+ calories, so keep an eye on your alcohol intake!

  • Keep hydrated.

 

And finally don’t stress over this stuff. You’re on vacation, and we want you to enjoy yourself. There’s fueling your body right, and fueling your soul. Sometimes, eating that chocolate torte is for your soul!
